Newport Cliffwalk Engagement Session | Maggie and Javier

November 3, 2021

Maggie and Javier had such a cool day for their Newport Cliffwalk engagement session! It was right after a storm and the waves were crazy! There had been wind and rain all week, blowing the pretty leaves off trees. We had a rain date set, in case Mother Nature didn’t cooperate, too. But these two are troopers! They trusted me and we had a great time together….we even made it look like there was a beautiful sunset on this gloomy day with a little flash magic!

I met this adorable couple through some friends, shout out to Paul and Abby! When I sent them their questionnaire to get to know them I found out that they really enjoy date nights heading out to local breweries or spending the day at the beach! So when I pitched them this location they loved it! We also wanted to hit up a local Newport brewery at the very end, so we definitely had to do that! A Newport Cliffwalk engagement session definitely requires some hiking, so we had time to chat! That’s when I got to hear the story of their first date!

They met online and Javier was instantly smitten! They talked very briefly, about the Patriots, and then he immediately asked her out to get a beer together. The next day. He said “Do you see how pretty this girl is? I had to strike while the iron was hot! I couldn’t wait!” So they went out together the very next day! You can see in these photos that he is still smitten, every time he looks at her! 😍 I hope you enjoy a few of my favorites from their Newport Cliffwalk engagement session!
